All layouts are to be used on Howrse and ONLY Howrse. There can be exceptions BUT you must contact me FIRST. email: maitreya_shih@yahoo.ca
That's about it. I prefer to keep rules simple and easy to follow. Excessive rules tend to uh... get alot of complaints XD Anyways hope you enjoy them ^^

TIME LIMITS:
REMOVED & UNUSED:
If a layout remains unused or removed for 3 weeks, it becomes public. In other words, the coding and manip will be offer to public as a free layout. Off course, if that contains: username & names/ personal stuff/ anything done/own by you, will be removed. Still, I'll reserve myself the right to not put it up =P
PENDING:
Pending layouts will become unused when PM or email not replied for over a week. In total, you have up to 4 weeks to claim your layout before I put it up for free.
